A VERDICT OF DISPUTES

I am audacious enough to post a comment on one of the most conflicting matter the AYODHYA case. It is rather an easy option for an atheist to comment on such an issue. I have Bowdlerized the opinion so as to remove the option "IRATE".

Court has given the option and opinion so that each segment of the Indian society feels proud and does not get a head down. Court did its very best to stop the smoke arising. I also respect the judgment, and, yes its not the matter of any WIN  or LOSS as stated by all white caps. But we the young blood do not want the bloodshed in the name of the religion.

We should rise above the QUAGMIRE politics, Ram mandir or masjid we just want mutual harmony. and mutual Harmony is not swords and red fluid, guns and bones its just living in peace and let live in peace.

I don't want to blasphemies my views but I want humans to come up and install a health unit to cure the poor or educational institution to enhance the Indian youth at the very spot of dispute.

I don't want my country to be developing always we all have to amend our ideas in the right way to move my dream, our dream of the developed India, with no MUSLIM, HINDU, CHRISTIAN, JEW............BUT WITH JUST HUMAN JUST THE INDIAN..........A TRUE INDIAN

  1. great!!! a blog!

i appreciate ur opinion..but the priority for the hon'ble court was to maintain peace and prevent a possible clash between the respected groups after the verdict is declared..so i think the verdict was a good one, though not the best.

  4. .....the point is, the gods are in no way interested to fight a case in an already crumbling judicial system of ours, but its the selfish, egoistic, haughty, narrow-minded, insolent, contemptuous human, who, for his own meekly interest, cannot help himself but even drag the poor lord too into a sorry state.
This isnt written as one pertaining to the HC verdict, but as a residuum to it. I aint comment whether the judgment was right or wrong, but dont we know that humanity is the greatest religion of all?
The headline of ET that day read: "Land Divided, India United". Instead of giving teeny-weeny pieces to the half-a-century old contesting parties, couldnt the hon'ble justices be more human and pragmatic in their approach?..when they very well knew that any sort of such judgment wouldn't make any one litigant content, and the case would drag in the appellate court?
Couldnt our Judges have ruled that the contentious area would be given to neither of the party, but a school, a playground, or any of the social or developmental institutions would be erected which would not only make "India united" but do that with firmly with an Araldite?
Even the plaintiff Ram Lalla who has been the ostensible winning party here, would have been more so happy than now if the land would have been used for some constructive purposes.
Or if nothing , that place could have well been named as Gandhi Smriti, after our beloved Father of Our Nation.

A few days earlier, one of my soon-to-be-doctor friends here on FB asked the "largest minority" to let go off the land, as "their" "homeland", thy "neighbour", had many such erections there, the like of which was demolished on 6Dec 1992. This made me think that the public mentality , and especially at this young age, had such deliberations and impressions which made them think otherwise?
Why did she think a mosque or a temple, rather why we all think a mosque or a temple? Why just cant we get over this cacophony of cliches which we have been hearing all the while we were growing up?
Instead of thinking such nuisance, we, the so-called young guns, why cant we think different?, in a way which is constructive and beneficial to, not one section or the other, but the whole of humankind?

Its not their fault: the lawyers and judges get paid to argue, whether or not they talk bullshit, whether or not they make a mockery of the judicial system, whether or not they are true to their own self and their god.

God isnt a physical form, its omnipresent, and alloting and constricting the poor lord to a small area, when he has this whole thing of his own........will be more of a mockery and travesty.

One more thing, the judges totally ignored the "criminal act" :as said by our Home Minister , PC, of the demolition of the structure-- so here we have a half-baked, half-served justice--thats succulent only to the unlettered.

I hope, We, The People, get above this politics of caste and hatred, and make this a better place to live.

    Z
